President, Mr. K.S. Rupra is actively involved in running the business day-to-day and oversees all repairs.
As a third-generation watchmaker with over 40 years of experience, Mr. Rupra has the expertise to solve any repair and maintenance problem or concern – efficiently and cost-effectively. He is supported by a team of highly-trained technicians and support staff.
Truly involved in all areas of the company Mr. Rupra ensures that all of his technicians are highly trained and meeting the expectations of all clients. Ongoing training is provided to all technicians and support staff to ensure the highest quality of service.
Mr. Rupra obtained his Ontario Watch Makers Licence in 1982, and is an active member of the following major industry associations:
- American Watch and Clock Makers Institute
- Canadian Jewellers Association
